Elvarinoliving ships artificial trees and indoor decorative plants across the contiguous United States. Many items in our collection are large-format pieces that are carefully packaged to arrive intact.
We ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. A valid residential or commercial street address is required for all orders to ensure safe delivery of our large-format products.(Due to carrier restrictions for APO/FPO/DPO addresses, we are currently unable to ship to military addresses. We are actively working to add support for military customers.)
Orders $120.00 or more: Free Standard Shipping
Orders under $120.00: Flat rate of $15.00 applied at checkout
There are no additional handling fees or hidden charges. The shipping cost displayed at checkout is final.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Shipping and processing are not available on weekends or U.S. Federal holidays. The daily order cutoff time is 3:00 PM (CST/CDT).

Total Estimated Delivery Timeline: 7-12 business days
Formula: Order Processing Time (1-2 business days) + Transit Time (6-10 business days) = Total Estimated Delivery: (7-12 business days).
Processing begins after payment is fully confirmed. Orders placed after the 3:00 PM (CST/CDT) cutoff time will be queued for processing on the next available business day.
Once your order has been shipped, a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. Tracking information typically requires 24-48 hours to activate in the carrier’s system after pickup.
Due to the size of our large artificial trees, orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate packages. If you receive a partial delivery, please check your tracking information, as the remaining items are in transit under a separate shipment.
We partner with reliable carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure safe transport.
Please enter your shipping address carefully at checkout. Elvarinoliving is not responsible for shipment delays, failed delivery attempts, or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an undeliverable or incorrect address, the order will be handled in accordance with our standard return policy regarding customer preference. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any additional standard carrier shipping costs associated with re-routing or returning the package to our facility before a refund can be completed.
If your tracking information indicates that your package was Delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, or any secure delivery spots at your address. If the package remains missing, please contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation, and notify us at help@elvarinoliving.com so our team can assist you in tracking the resolution.
We take great care in packing our decorative plants, but if your order arrives with visible transit damage, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. Take clear photographs of both the damaged outer packaging and the product itself, then email them to help@elvarinoliving.com along with your Order Number. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
