You may initiate a return within 30 days from the date of confirmed delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your artificial plant or tree must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unaltered, undamaged, and securely repacked in its original packaging with all protective materials, tags, and inserts included.
Class-Specific Notice for Artificial Plants: We understand you need to unbox the item to inspect its quality. However, items that show signs of outdoor exposure (for items specified as indoor-only), or any visible signs of extended use will not be accepted for a return.

To ensure your return is processed quickly and accurately, please follow these simple steps:
Contact Us First: Please reach out to our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code before sending any items back.
Use the Return Address: All authorized returns must be shipped strictly to the return address provided with your RMA code.
Please note: Do NOT return any item without first contacting us and obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. Shipping packages without a pre-approved RMA code may significantly delay the processing of your return. Please make sure to contact us to get the correct return instructions before shipping.Our team will respond to all return requests within 1-2 business days to help you guide through the process seamlessly.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If the product arrives damaged in transit or is incorrect, Elvarinoliving covers 100% of the return shipping costs. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for instructions on reporting transit damage.
Customer Remorse (Change of Mind / Incorrect Size Selection): If you wish to return an item due to personal preference or incorrect sizing, the return shipping is entirely at the customer’s expense. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as a verified tracking status ensures your return is successfully documented and processed by our team.
No Restocking Fee — $0.00. Elvarinoliving does not charge any restocking or handling fees for eligible, authorized returns.
Once your return package is delivered to our address and inspected by our warehouse team, we will process your return within 1-2 business days.
After approval, the refund will be automatically issued back to your original payment method. Please note that it typically takes an additional 5-10 business days for the credit to officially reflect on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placement by emailing help@elvarinoliving.com with your Order Number. After this 12-hour window, the order enters our immediate fulfillment process and cancellations can no longer be guaranteed. If the item has already shipped, please follow the standard return process upon delivery.
